Thank you for participating in the 2023 member trustee elections.

The Woolworths Holdings Internal Audit Department validated that the election results were free, fair and accurate. The new member-elected trustees will enjoy a five-year term of office expiring on 28 February 2028.

The new trustees will undergo an induction process and training to support them in carrying out their fiduciary duties.

At the same time, we say farewell to Bennie Mabudafhasi, who served the Fund as a member-elected trustee for over a decade. Bennie served with dedication and tenacity and contributed to the successful management of the Fund.
