Your annual benefit statement has been sent
Your 2024 Benefit Statement was released in September via InfoSlips. You would have received an email or an SMS with a link. You can open this link using your ID number, and it will take you to your 2024 Benefit Statement.
You may also access your Benefit Statement via the MyWoolies app or AF Connect, as follows:
- 1Go to the MyWoolies App and log into your profile. Here you will find your Benefit Statement link.
- 2On AF Connect – simply log in and you will find your Benefit Statement link. If you are not yet registered on AF Connect, you can register here and find your link.
Some statistics of the 2024 Benefit Statement
- 23 969 SMSes were successfully sent
- 1 807 SMSes were rejected
- 4 638 emails were successfully sent
- 273 emails were rejected
- 225 members had no email address or mobile number
From your Benefit Statement you can see the following:
- How much you have saved in your retirement fund – your withdrawal benefit.
- The performance of your portfolio/s.
- Your death benefits and what your payout would be if you were to die while working for Woolworths.
A list of your associated benefits, such as
- the Disability Income Benefit
- Group Life Assurance
- the Woolworths Memorial Education Fund
- Funeral Assistance Benefits.
- A list of your beneficiaries. It is most important that this is always up-to-date. If you were to die, you want your benefits to go to the right people.
